We supply branded apparel to New Zealand businesses from 25 units: polos, tees, hoodies, sweats, jackets, hi-vis and full uniform programmes. Garments come from the major Australasian networks including AS Colour (NZ-designed), Cloke, Legend Life and BMV, and every garment is decorated here in New Zealand.

Decoration method matters as much as the garment. Embroidery gives uniforms and polos a premium, durable finish that survives commercial laundering. Screen print is the economical choice for larger runs of tees and hoodies with 1 to 4 colour artwork. Direct-to-garment (DTG) handles full-colour designs on smaller runs. Tell us the garment, quantity and artwork, and we will recommend the method that fits, with a visual proof before anything is produced.

Sizes can be mixed freely across one order: 25 polos can be any run from XS to 5XL, and in many cases styles can be mixed within the same production run. Send the size run with your enquiry and we will confirm live stock and quote promptly.

What buyers ask about apparel.

What is the minimum order for branded apparel?
Embroidered or screen-printed apparel typically starts at 25 units. Some custom dye-sublimation lines start at 50 to 100. We can do single-unit DTG print for samples or testing, with higher per-unit cost.
Embroidery vs screen print vs DTG, which should I choose?
Embroidery for premium look and durability (uniforms, polos, jackets). Screen print for large quantities of 1 to 4 colour designs (t-shirts, hoodies). DTG (direct-to-garment) for full-colour designs on smaller runs.
Can I mix sizes in one branded apparel order?
Yes. The minimum order is for the total quantity, not per size. So 25 polos can be any mix of XS through 5XL. In some situations it is also possible to mix styles, eg polos, jackets, and tees, into one production run. Send us the size run and we will quote it.
Do you stock NZ-designed apparel?
Yes. AS Colour is NZ-designed, and all our garment branding is done in NZ. Ask for the NZ-designed shortlist when you enquire.
