Tony Seaman started in print in the early 1990s. Quoting, chasing finishers, talking to customers when a job did not run right. That is where the discipline of this business came from. Knowing what can actually be produced, in what timeframe, on what stock, with what decoration method, before you quote a customer on it.
Cloudbase Concepts Ltd was founded to bring that production discipline to the distribution side. Most distributors sell from a catalogue. We sell from what production can actually deliver in the achievable time frame. The difference shows up in two places: the quote we give you is the price you actually pay, and the delivery date we give you is the date the job actually lands.

Why it still works.
Big-box promotional product retailers come and go. Cheap-and-fast online printers come and go. The reason a family-run supplier has survived three decades of that is simple: when something goes wrong (and in a trade with this many moving parts, occasionally something does), we fix it. We do not hide behind a call centre or a returns form. You phone us, we sort it. That is the entire pitch.
