What buyers ask before they brief us.

Which industries do you supply most often?
Trades and contractors, corporate professional services (law, accounting, consulting), graphic design studios as a trade partner, and events and trade-show organisers. We have curated kits for each of those four audiences.
Can you do a custom kit for my industry?
Yes. The four solutions pages are starting points. We routinely build custom kits for hospitality, real estate, education, healthcare, and not-for-profits. Send us the brief and we will quote a shortlist promptly.
What is the minimum order to put together a kit?
Most kits start around 25 units because that is the threshold for embroidered apparel. Smaller kits are possible with print and pad-printed items, often from 10 units. We will tell you the threshold for each option.
Do you handle individual delivery for multi-recipient kits?
Delivery normally goes to a single address, but if you do not already have a multi-address dispatch facility we can split delivery across many recipients. Send full details on a spreadsheet or CSV (names, addresses, quantities) and we handle the dispatch, with personalised cards if you want them. Individual courier charges do add another level of cost.
