About
Quality guarantee.
For every first time job the customer is provided an emailed proof before production. If the product is not as the approved proof, we fix it. Here's how that works in practice across 30 years.

Five steps
How quality actually works.
Not marketing language. The actual five things we do on every job, from quote to delivery, to make sure it lands right.
- 01
Quote with paper stock specs or product specs and image
For print, we can show you a sample or swatch of the stock quoted on so you know the feel before you commit. For apparel, a digital image and full specs are provided in the quotation. If volumes warrant and the client needs to view an actual garment a sample can be shown or supplied for sign-off before decoration (in some situations there may be additional cost incurred).
- 02
Visual proof before production
Every first time production job gets a visual proof: a digital PDF for print, a digital mockup on image of the actual product for promo. Nothing runs without your written sign-off. For larger volume runs a hard copy proof can be supplied.
- 03
Production check before despatch
Goods are inspected before they leave the supplier or printer. This comprises pulling random samples to check decoration registration, colour, and finish against the approved proof.
- 04
Land it right the first time
We deliver to your door anywhere in NZ. Wherever feasible we will book production so that delivery occurs two business days before the event date. We will not surprise you with arrival the morning of the event.
- 05
Fix-it commitment
If a job lands wrong because of a production or supplier error, we redo or replace the affected units at our cost. No restocking fees, no “you approved the proof” fights when the error is on us. The whole reason this business is still here after 30+ years is that we fix things.
