When embroidery is the right call.
Choose embroidery when the garment represents your business every day: staff uniforms, corporate polos, softshell jackets, caps and beanies. Stitched logos read as quality in a way print cannot match, and they outlast the garment itself. Embroidery suits logos up to about 10cm wide on the chest or cap front; large back designs are quoted separately.
Fine detail and gradients are the one limitation. Very small text and photographic artwork stitch poorly, so we may suggest simplifying the mark or switching to print for that element. You get a stitched-look visual proof before production, and for new logos a one-off digitising setup converts your artwork to a stitch file we keep on record for repeat orders.

What is the minimum order for embroidered apparel?
Embroidered apparel typically starts at 25 units. The 25 can be any mix of sizes, and in many cases a mix of styles too, for example polos plus jackets in one run.
How long does embroidery take?
Typically 10 to 15 working days from proof approval, depending on garment stock and machine loading. Tell us the deadline up front and we will confirm what fits.
Is there a setup fee for embroidery?
New logos need a one-off digitising setup that converts your artwork into a stitch file. We keep the file on record, so repeat orders skip the fee. The exact cost is confirmed on your quote.
Does embroidery work on caps?
