How do I pick the right promotional product?
Start with three things: who is the audience, where will they use it, and what is the budget per unit. From there we can narrow 1,800+ products down to a shortlist of 3 to 5 that actually suit the brief.
What branding methods do you offer?
Pad print, screen print, full-colour digital, laser engrave, embroidery, debossing, doming, and sublimation. We will recommend the method that suits the substrate, the artwork, and your required delivery deadline.
Can you do eco or sustainable products?
Yes. We have a curated eco range including RPET, organic cotton, bamboo, FSC paper, and recycled metals. Each item lists its sustainability credentials in the spec sheet.
Do you supply free samples?
For larger orders we can arrange a plain (unbranded) sample by courier. For all other jobs the first step is a visual proof and a virtual mockup of your branding rather than a physical sample. We do not send samples out before an order is placed, which keeps lead times tight.
How long does branding take once I approve the proof?
Once you sign off the proof, branded promo turnaround is typically 5 to 8 working days. The exact time depends on the branding process, machine loading, and stock on hand, so larger or multi-process jobs can run longer. We confirm the timeline on your quote.
