Most embroidered caps start at 25 units. Some premium 6-panel caps start at 50. Beanies and bucket hats usually start at 25 to 50.
How is the embroidery quality controlled?
We use multi-head commercial embroidery machines through our decoration network. Stitch density, thread tension, and colour matching are checked on the first piece before the run is approved.
Do caps come in NZ-relevant colours and styles?
